Shipping and Returns

Our Shipping Policies

• Irish Eyes typically mails all of our products through USPS. If you would prefer another method of shipping (FedEx, UPS), please contact us before placing your order and we will determine if we can find a suitable solution for you.
• We are not responsible for any typographical errors.
• We ship orders Monday through Friday (Holidays excluded).
• Orders usually ship within 48 hours of being received.
• An order and shipping notification will be sent to you for your records.
• Shipping costs are based on the total ship weight of the products during checkout plus an additional handling fee.
• You may contact us at any time regarding information about your order.

Our Return Policies

• Returns will be accepted within 30 days of original date of purchase for a full refund. Products can not be returned if they have been put in use or damaged.
• After 30 days, returns can still be made - but only for an exchange. Again, products can not be returned if they have been damaged or used.
• If you package has been damaged en route to your residence, please contact USPS (or the shipping client used in your particularly delivery) for more information.
